As an Onboarding Expert, you’ll be the first real human our healthcare professionals (HCPs) connect with after signing up. You’ll guide them, cheer them on, solve blockers, and help them take their first step to making a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Make ~75 outbound welcome calls daily to new professionals who signed up the day before.
- Host ~7 15-minute onboarding consultations (pre-booked by professionals).
- Send follow-up emails and texts to answer questions and ensure no one is left behind.
- Respond to inbound messages and support tickets.
- Keep clear documentation of all interactions.
- Be the go-to guide and trusted partner—helping healthcare professionals feel confident, supported, and ready to take their first shift.

- You’re quick with tools and not afraid to learn new systems.
Experience in inside sales, onboarding, or customer support is a plus—but not required. If you’re a quick learner with great communication skills, we want to hear from you.
