We are seeking an innovative, agile, data-oriented Load Management Representative who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced global company. This position will work with our Load Management team to track our carriers and provide updates to our customers in a timely manner to ensure we provide the best-in class customer service.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

    • Utilize phone, email, SMS and other messaging tools to consistently and proactively communicate with carriers partners and drivers to confirm and track load events in process
    • Consistently meet performance expectations in service, and tracking
    • Identify and Report to key stakeholders any delays or issues with upcoming, active or passed loads
    • Support customer specific service level agreements for our top shippers
    • Use critical thinking to identify and forecast potential challenges with load operations
    • Support and operate with urgency, the track and trace of shipments to ensure service expectations are met
    • Proactively gather necessary information and drive urgency to our carrier partners on upcoming load events
    • Manage communication and resolve load challenges when they arise
    • Provide carrier feedback to the carrier rep to continuously improve our core operations, carrier experience and shipper needs
    • Collaborate with team members on the Sales and Ops teams to provide a smooth delivery for our freight

YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE:

    • 1+ year of customer service experience
    • Brokerage experience preferred but not required
    • Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Fluent in English - verbal and written
