The Client Services Analyst I position is responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly delivery processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of deliverables across multiple product lines. This requires managing a queue of work and inputting faxed documentation into a system ensuring productivity and quality. The candidate filling this position needs to be customer-focused, detail-oriented, articulate, and credible. Client Services Analyst I will also be focused on ensuring each client’s definition of quality is met by proactively reviewing processes and data.
Your role in our mission
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions in line with customer needs and defined metrics for data entry, productivity, and quality.
- Develop technical understanding of client solutions and their features.
- Use tools, reports, and metrics to proactively monitor and analyze data, providing visibility into statuses.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with technology and project teams to understand business context and ensure quality of deliverables.
- Align company and client data through reconciliation and system checks.
- Partner with operations and other teams to ensure consistent delivery of products and services.
What we're looking for
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality and reconciliation across sources or platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with a positive, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
