The Associate Program Manager position supports a busy and fast pace North American group travel department at a leading Leisure agency. We are looking for a candidate with excellent organization skills, attention to detail, clear communication skills, an ability to adapt to changes easily, a willingness to learn new software, a strong working knowledge of Office Suite and competent in utilizing web technology.

This role works closely with clients, a team of program managers, and reports to the Direct Travel NORAM Director of Groups.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and act as the primary point of contact for groups with already arranged travel programs.
- Key booking contact for travel arrangements, billing, and funds collection for trips.
- Answer customer inquiries (phone, email) and consult with clients.
- Manage customer relationships and support individual client outcomes.
- Fulfill travel protection plan sales, facilitate claims, and client inquires.
- Assist Program Managers in developing travel arrangements and billing process.
- Keep NORAM groups team on track through monitoring of schedules; promised delivery dates and deadlines etc.
- Maintenance of group records; client files; group utilization reporting; etc.
- Organize promotional client events and meetings, from planning to presentation.
- Prepare and deliver quality travel documents for group departures (where needed)
- Draft program documents and communication for programs
- Builds and maintains group departures on the Hangar. Create and update Cvent booking tool to assure up-to-date information.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into Cvent.
- Demonstrate industry knowledge by contributing effective ideas.

Basic Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience in the travel or hospitality industry or group management experience.
- Proficient with Windows operation system (excel, Teams) and a variety of software programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- High level of detail orientation

- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong quality control management
- Self-motivated and ambitious
