As a key member of the Operations team, the Operations Analyst plays a foundational role in supporting day-to-day operational activities and ensuring the accuracy of data and lead deliveries. This entry-level position involves assisting with data review and analysis, maintaining organized records, and helping uphold quality standards across processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client deliverables, contribute to process documentation, and identify areas for operational improvement. The role also includes entry-level reporting and data analysis to support business decisions, providing insights that help guide operational strategies. This is a remote position.  Ideal candidates will be located in the Louisville, KY area. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Collect and organize data from various sources (databases, reports, interviews) to support operational decision-making. 
  • Assist in the analysis and interpretation of operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. 
  • Prepare detailed reports and summaries that communicate findings and recommended solutions to Operations Management and cross-functional teams. 
  • Participate in process mapping and documentation to support the design and implementation of new or improved procedures and workflows. 
  • Provide timely and accurate support by responding to internal inquiries and client requests related to operations, policies, and systems. 
  • Support collaboration with departments such as Operations, Customer Success, and Sales by assisting with operational tasks and helping identify opportunities to improve processes. 
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of clear, written procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 
  • Support project management activities and initiatives to ensure the timely delivery of tasks and objectives. 
  • Serve as an internal resource for verification and validation of data and call outputs. 
  • Review data intent and internal feeds to ensure accuracy and quality. 
  • Ensure high-quality final lead deliveries for key accounts, including removing non-qualified leads based on campaign criteria. 
  • Conduct detailed online research to validate and qualify data records. 
  • Communicate corrections and resolutions across departments to ensure accuracy and alignment. 
  • Manage multiple assignments while meeting tight audit deadlines. 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned. 

What You’ll Bring:  

  • 1-2 years' experience, ideally in a quality control, operations, or customer support role. You are a strong communicator, self-starter, and collaborative contributor with a passion for accuracy and improvement. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow 
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous tone 
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing processes, platforms, and expectations 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Proficient with web research and Google search tools 
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively 
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-focused approach
