Support Analyst I

The Support Analyst will research and test functionality of web based applications, audit data from various sources, and provide client (internal and external) support by addressing client issues.

• Researches and tests functionality of web based applications
• Performs system maintenance on various applications
• Audits data from various sources
• Coordinates EDI feeds with external vendors
• Troubleshoots
• Assesses the need for customization or enhancements to be reported to development maintenance and other Technical Service department

Education and Experience

• College degree or minimum of 2 years related experience preferred.

Physical requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
• Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously
