As the Sr. Manager or Reporting Strategy, you will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and delivering pharmacy financial reporting for Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and Commercial. A key focus will be creating robust projection methodologies and management strategies to meet our contractual commitments while minimizing risk. You will contribute to pricing decisions that will support managing client and pharmacy GER/BER performance.

These strategies will involve coordinating impact between overall pricing guarantees, drug pricing at an individual drug (MAC list) or aggregate level, contractual terms, and relevant regulations.

Your experience will include translating business needs into analytic questions, and will ideally include experience in pharmacy benefits pricing, MAC list management, or related healthcare jobs. Using these skills, you will enable a data driven approach to improve our performance.

Additional responsibilities of this role include:

  • Build customized reports concentrating on financial performance
  • Spearhead collaboration efforts with other team members and departments to develop analytic models, methodologies, and reports that support CVS Health agreements
  • Continual prioritization of competing needs to ensure focus on highest impact activities
  • Develop and assist with coding logic in SAS, SQL and Excel

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional work experience analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing large data sets
  • 1+ years PBM industry experience
  • 1+ years coding experience in SAS & SQL

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional work experience analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing large data sets
  • Advanced coding experience in SAS & SQL

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, accounting, epidemiology, marketing research, operations or other quantitative-related fields preferred
