Key Responsibilities
- Deploy Insequence software, integrate systems, and provide end-user training
- Travel up to 50%, including international trips
- Follow project scope, report project status, and create documentation
- Conduct User Acceptance testing and support handover presentations
- Offer technical support, log detailed tickets, and upsell products/services
- Collaborate with third-party providers and adapt to changing schedules
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Windows operating systems (Server & PC)
- Skilled in basic computer hardware and network troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills- you will communicate with colleagues and customers often
- Ability to work remotely, stay focused, and manage multiple projects
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
