You'll be responsible for designing and executing both manual and automated tests, supporting the quality lifecycle across critical applications that manage customer case workflows via chat, email, and ticketing tools. The role requires close collaboration with business analysts, developers, and product managers, and offers opportunities to expand subject matter expertise across domains.

As a Software Development Engineer in Test, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing manual and automated functional, integration, and regression testing for enterprise apps such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
  • Designing and maintain test cases, test scripts, and automation frameworks (Java + Selenium preferred).
  • Executing API testing using Postman and performance testing using JMeter for select modules.
  • Participating in test planning, effort estimation, and define quality strategy for new and ongoing initiatives.
  • Logging, manage, and track defects using JIRA and communicate timely updates to all stakeholders.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of test results, best practices, and knowledge sharing across QA teams.
  • Contributing to quality improvements and help develop a culture of accountability, automation, and innovation.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have QA experience in enterprise applications or CRM-based solutions, a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent experience
  • Possess hands-on testing of Salesforce or similar CRM systemsespecially customer support case flows.
  • Have experience with scripting and test automation skills using Java, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
  • Possess knowledge of API tools (Postman), performance testing tools (JMeter), and security Testing (Owasp ZAP)
  • Be able to debug, troubleshoot, and provide clear and concise bug/issue descriptions.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
