The Junior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for identifying issues, defining business requirements, providing recommendations, and performing configuration for Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, and related systems. You will also manage day-to-day operations of the platform, including admin, sales support, and other needs. This person will assist with high-priority projects and help drive them from analysis to execution. A successful candidate will be a skilled problem solver, effective communicator, and influencer. The Junior Salesforce Administrator will partner with business leaders to drive strategic analyses, optimize system performance, and deliver best-in-class execution.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Create and manage standard and custom objects, fields, formulas, and page layouts
- Manage users, roles and hierarchies, and security settings
- Develop and maintain approvals, validation rules, workflow rules, flows, and processes
- Complete bulk imports and exports of data
- Document project requirements
- Manage and maintain third-party apps
- Maintain data integrity through data cleansing and deduplication
- Support day-to-day operations

What You Bring To Tealium
- 1-2 years of Salesforce.com administration experience and/or Salesforce certification
- Experience using third-party tools such as Clari, Marketo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data and metrics
- Understanding of relational database concepts and data management
- Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 4-year college degree or combination of education and experience
- CPQ experience strongly preferred
