The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across the New Home organization. This individual will lead initiatives to optimize sales processes and program results, manage sales technologies, and deliver strategic insights through data analysis. Additionally, they will support new home programs through data driven insights, reporting, and process improvements.
Core Responsibilities:
Process Optimization
- Streamline and refine end-to-end sales processes to eliminate inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and continuous improvements.
 
Technology Management
- Manage and refine sales tools and systems, including CRM platforms.
 - Ensure effective adoption and utilization of technology across the sales team.
 - Maintain data integrity within CRM and other sales tools.
 - Develop protocols for data governance, accuracy, and reporting.
 
Sales Planning & Forecasting
- Partner with sales leadership on territory planning, capacity modeling, quota setting, and compensation design.
 - Build and refine forecasting models to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
 - Build and distribute registration, enrollment/sales, and retention reporting on a weekly and monthly distribution.
 - Analyze sales performance metrics and trends.
 - Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and productivity.
 
Enhance Productivity
Reduce administrative burden for sales teams through automation and streamlined workflows.
Support sales enablement initiatives and performance management tools.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) or related work experience.
 - 5+ years of experience in sales operations, program management, or related roles.
 - Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), analytics tools, and Excel.
 - Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.
 - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
 
Preferred Skills
- Experience in homebuilding, home warranties, real estate, or membership-based programs.
 - Familiarity with CRM platforms, cross departmental metrics, and builder engagement strategies.
 - Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
