We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This is a new business prospecting role that is heavily focused on identifying and driving qualified sales opportunities, working closely with the Account Executive team in territory. As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by driving top of funnel sales activity, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through research, data analysis, and strategic outreach efforts.
- Conduct personalized outreach via phone, email, and social platforms to generate interest in the company's offerings.
- Set up discovery meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Educate potential customers on the company's value proposition, services and solutions
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage lead activities, ensuring consistent follow-ups and updates.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with the marketing team to refine campaigns and messaging for target audiences.
- Work closely with account executives and sales managers to develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to refine sales approaches.
Performance Metrics
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, qualified opportunities, and outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress within the CRM system.

Experience
- 1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related field.
