Portoro is a vacation rental company that works with second-home owners in destination markets across the US. We’re looking for a full-time SDR who lives in the outbound world: calling, emailing, texting, and keeping our owner lead database sharp.

- Make 60–80 outbound calls per day to vacation rental owners across multiple markets.
- Run multi-channel outreach: calls, email, text, light mailer follow-up.
- Book qualified meetings for our Director of Business Development and local General Managers.
- Keep our HubSpot database clean, accurate, and up to date (no junk records, no mystery leads).
- Update lead statuses, notes, and tasks after every touch.
- Follow and improve our scripts, email templates, and sequences based on what works.
- Provide simple weekly reports: dials, conversations, meetings set, and list quality feedback.

What success looks like
- Consistent monthly volume of qualified meetings with vacation rental owners.
- A clean, accurate outbound lead database for each market.
- Clear visibility into what messages and channels perform best.
- You become the person who knows our owner universe better than anyone.
What you bring
- 1–3+ years in an outbound SDR / BDR / inside sales role (not customer service).
- Comfortable making 60–80+ calls per day and handling rejection.
- Experience working in a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and keeping it clean.
- Strong written and verbal communication; you can talk to owners as adults, not like a script robot.
- Organized and process-driven: you don’t “wing it” with follow-up.
- Ability to work US hours and stay consistent day in and day out.
