You’ll research, reach out, and connect with potential customers—helping to build a robust sales pipeline and opening doors for our Territory Sales Managers and National Account Managers. What You’ll Do

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and source new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and inbound leads.
  • Introduce customers to Rehrig Pacific’s innovative Delivery Solutions that transform logistics and operations.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team and meet weekly/monthly outreach goals.
  • Use analytics and insights to target high-potential accounts and refine strategies.

Process & Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Qualify leads by uncovering customer needs and aligning them with Rehrig’s solutions.
  • Share market feedback with internal teams to strengthen sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to develop content, campaigns, and nurturing sequences.

Growth & Development

  • Build your knowledge of the Delivery Solutions portfolio, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training, mentorship, and leadership development programs.
  • Represent Rehrig Pacific at trade shows and networking events to expand your industry presence.

Reporting & Research

  • Generate reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, and outreach activity.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor trends.
  • Recommend tools and technologies that improve efficiency and results.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence in making cold calls and engaging potential customers.
  • Familiarity with SalesforceZoomInfo, or Gong is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and organized — thriving both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer meetings, and internal events.
