- Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, social, video, and creative engagement strategies) to connect with key prospects.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and solutions engineering teams to develop account strategies and drive market penetration.
- Deliver Talkdesk’s value proposition with clarity, empathy, and business acumen to senior decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data in Salesforce, ensuring pipeline visibility and sales forecasting accuracy.
- Provide feedback loops to marketing and sales leaders to improve messaging, targeting, and process efficiency.
