Responsibilities:

  • Drive pipeline growth by fearlessly engaging prospects and creating new demo opportunities.
  • Manage and prioritize a large, active pipeline in Salesforce with precision and follow-through.
  • Become an expert on HST’s products, the ASC industry, and the key challenges our customers face.
  • Represent HST with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm on every call, email, and interaction.
  • Collaborate closely with peers and leaders to refine messaging, share wins, and continuously improve.
  • Bring creativity, optimism, and a solution-oriented mindset to every challenge.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment where excellence is the standard — and fun is part of the process.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Prior clinical healthcare experience or prior SDR or inside sales experience
  • Confident and resilient on the phones (50+ calls per day).
  • Proven ability to manage time and pipeline effectively using Salesforce and LinkedIn.
  • Comfortable leveraging modern sales tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, Slack, Teams, etc.).
  • Strong communication and organization skills with high attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable — thrives in evolving, growth-focused environments.
