Retail Sales Assistant

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you focus on helping people to achieve outcomes with their sleep health. Reporting into the Store Manager you will be a natural communicator with a pride and personal interest in what you do.

• To succeed in this role, you will have the following capability and qualifications - 

• Previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail role 

• Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure 

• A strong customer service and sales focus that is always looking for the best outcome for the individual. 

• Administrative skills to document and process customer enquiries (prodyct usage, purchases, etc) 

• Strong and adaptable communication skills are a must 
• An active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issues.
