We’re looking for a Renewal Specialist to join our Hungary-based remote team and help us keep our customers happy, supported, and coming back year after year.
This role is all about owning the renewal process for our US-based customers — you’ll be the one making sure renewals are smooth, timely, and successful, playing a key role in our 95%+ customer retention goal.

What you'll do:
- Take full ownership of renewals, from preparing quotes to closing deals.
- Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the renewal journey.
- Partner with Account Managers and teams across Marketing, Implementation, Finance, and Legal.
- Spot opportunities to improve processes, campaigns, and customer health checks.
- Keep everything on track in Salesforce while analyzing renewal performance.

What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Account Management, Customer Service, or a related area.
- Skilled in leading discussions with clients and internal teams to identify, clarify, and capture complex requirements, and develop effective solutions.
- Proven track record of increasing revenues within existing accounts is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Good attention to detail with proven organizational and administrative skills.
- Good understanding of the sales process and timing, with the ability to close renewal sales over the phone.
- Proficient in the latest versions of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
