Responsibilities:
- Accountable for overall team performance by providing individual support by training, coaching and developing our associates.
 - Champion of change.
 - Responsible for supervising the employee lifecycle – hiring, promotion, transferring, talent management.
 - Supervisor will provide floor coverage in a virtual environment as well as handling escalated customer calls.
 - Partners with Workforce Management (WFM) to ensure staffing and scheduling meets business needs.
 - Ensures accurate documentation with associate data files, including payroll, personnel and performance.
 - Effectively work in a virtual environment utilizing web cams, computer hardware and software with an internet upload speed of 10+ MBPS.
 - Primary point of contact to bring resources (sales, service operations, marketing, scheduling, quality, training, etc.) together to achieve business goals.
 - May include other duties as applied.

Physical Role Requirements: Be seated at a computer intermittently for up to eight hours a day. Move up to 20 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects. Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers and phones. Repetitive motions using hands and digits; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.
Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements: 
- High school diploma or equivalent required
 
Minimum Experience required (number of years necessary to perform role): 
- 4+ years of contact center operations experience required
