QA Engineer

We’re excited to be searching for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as our next QA Engineer!

In this role, you will support, maintain and build testing applications that can automatically detect visual or functional anomalies and report bugs.

Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of Web technologies, CSS behaviour in different browsers, platforms and mobile devices.
• Develop and implement end to end testing suite, management tool and environment to match Agile team expectations.
• Regression and validation with CI/CD and smoke validation in different WordPress sites.
• Maintain automated snapshot tests.
• Understand the product feature in development, road-map, launch plans to prepare test strategies.
• Proactively test owned areas, entering defects which fail system or component criteria. This will include taking on features which are more challenging leading to higher risk.
• Represent QA in planning, weekly meetings, daily scrums and other team practices.

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience with: End to End testing (Using Cypress or Selenium), Smoke testing, Integration testing, Manual testing, Automation testing, Health checks, Regression testing.
• Experience working with visual regression tools like (Chromatic or any others)
• Hands on experience in Web development, CSS, JavaScript or Java (if you use Selenium).
