As Product& Customer Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our award-winning platform goes to market and grows with customers. This role includes approximately 80% Product Marketing — driving go-to-market execution, product launches, and sales enablement — and 20% Customer Marketing, focused on driving adoption, engagement, and upsell across our existing customer base.
You’ll partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to craft compelling messaging, create impactful collateral, and deliver strategies that connect our technology with real customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
Go-to-market execution:
- Manage the end-to-end go-to-market process for a portfolio of products
- Post-launch tracking and reporting
- Create collaterals based on Product Brief and marketing research:
- ‘Sellers’ training slides - how to sell this release and objection handling
- One-pagers and explainer collateral (in partnership with broader marketing team)
- Maintain a unified view of product release timelines and key milestones
- Which customers will be impacted by launches and subsequent messaging
Sales enablement:
- Run monthly enablement training with accessible decks and recordings
- Our new business teams, including AE/BDR/Agency/Growth Marketing, all know how to sell new features or Products to assist their pitch in selling Adthena
- Provide collateral (one-pagers, positioning scripts) to enhance pitches
- Market/competitor research
Other:
- Staying on top of industry news and being the in-house PPC expert
- Contributing to thought leadership
- Supporting case study production
- Supporting in-app product announcement production
- Support the broader marketing team with reviewing content, contributing to the content strategy, website, and any other marketing projects
Tools you’ll be using:
- Adthena - you’ll become an expert on Adthena products
- Google Suite (slides, docs, sheets) and Gemini for content creation, analysis
- Figma for asset creation (one-pagers, etc.)
- Notion for collaborating across teams on timelines and go-to-market (GTM) progress
- Google Ads for looking up relevant data for enablement and thought leadership
- Storylane for creating product demos/walkthroughs
- Pendo for creating in-app comms and analysing product usage adoption

Required Experience:
- Have strong domain expertise, preferably with a PPC agency background
- Product marketing experience is valuable, but can be coached
- A commercial or enablement mindset is preferred over a purely technical expert profile to balance the team.
- A collaborative working style, comfortable partnering across Product, Data, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills — both written and visual — with an eye for simplifying complex ideas.
- Attention to detail is critical to ensure technical accuracy in marketing materials.
- A growth mindset and proactive self-learning are important
- Experience in fast-paced, iterative environments like startups or agencies is preferred to handle the rapid release cadence.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets) and Gemini (for content creation and analysis).
- Curiosity for AI, PPC, and marketing technology trends, and enthusiasm for staying ahead of industry developments.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Figma, Notion, Google Ads, Storylane, and Pendo is a plus — but training and support will be provided where needed.
