What You'll Be Doing:

This role is about taking direct action to attain or exceed objectives. You'll manage your pipeline and implement effective sales strategies, leading to measurable success.

• Own the Hunt: Make outbound cold calls to potential leads to generate new business opportunities and sales.
• Be a Social Seller: Actively build an online presence (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to generate leads and build your Booksy brand.
• Drive Conversion: Utilize email outreach, social selling, and other channels to engage prospects and follow the prescribed contact strategy to ensure each lead is worked effectively.
• Hit Your Goals: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by following the Booksy Sales Methodology.
• Work Smart: Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce), tracking every interaction and lead progression.

Compensation: $60,000 base salary + commission.

Requirements

What You'll Need to Succeed:

To ensure you succeed in this role, you’re going to need a blend of skills, discipline , and a need to achieve.

• Outbound Sales Experience: You’ll need proven, hands-on experience in Outbound Sales.
• Sales Tech Fluency: Knowledge and ability to use sales techniques and a proactive ability to use tools like Salesforce (running a sales funnel, marking activities, analyzing reports) and Google Suite.
• Perseverance: The ability to hold on to views and plans of action despite adversity.
• Persuasiveness: The ambition to win over other people for your views and ideas and to generate support.
• Result-Orientedness: The ability to take direct action to attain or exceed objectives.
