As a Junior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will:
- Monitor the Salesforce (SFDC) case queue to assist with new account creation, account updates and other case types, ensuring timely and accurate setup for effective tracking and management.
- Assists with the management of the RFP process to ensure timely delivery of materials to the sales team.
- Address and resolve general Salesforce requests from the sales team, including data cleanup and system troubleshooting, to maintain smooth operational flow.
- Enforce data hygiene by utilizing exception-based reporting tools; responsible for the maintenance of these dashboards and the continuous improvement of data quality.
- Identify new areas of data hygiene focus, expanding and enhancing exception-based reporting dashboards to capture evolving data management needs.
- Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales processes, efficiency, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize the use of Salesforce for campaign management, lead tracking, and customer relationship management.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports and presentations on sales metrics, revenue forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- Participate in Salesforce & Salesloft training and development initiatives to stay updated on the latest features and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team to enhance collective expertise.
- Support the implementation and rollout of new Salesforce features or third-party integrations, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives as required, providing analytical support and insights to drive decision-making and business growth.

What YOU bring to the team:
- 1+ years of experience in a sales operations or business analyst role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and CRM systems (ex. Salesforce, Looker)
- Proficiency in CRM reporting (Salesforce) and best practices with sales cadence tools (Salesloft)
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience in creating sales dashboards and ad-hoc reports
- Understanding of sales processes and metrics
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data in a clear and concise manner
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
