The Junior Developer is an entry-level position that provides a pathway to a career as a Software Developer across our full stack. Responsibilities:
General Responsibilities:
- Ensure high performance and security of data integration systems.
- Work with analysts and users to perform data analysis and create data integration models.
- Develop and document data integration standards through technical papers and policies.
- Participate actively in an energetic scrum team.
Front-End Responsibilities:
- Contribute to front-end development with JavaScript; familiarity with Angular (v10+) is advantageous.
- Support web service development and ensure quality in Web API integrations.
- Apply object-oriented principles and enterprise patterns to front-end solutions.
Back-End Responsibilities:
- Write idiomatic, tested, scalable, and documented .NET code.
- Revise, update, refactor, and debug existing code to maintain software quality.
- Develop new functionalities while ensuring a fully-functional application.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate the workflow between analysts, web developers, and DevOps teams.
- Cooperate with front-end developers to build and extend RESTful APIs.

Who is best suited to this role?
Technical Skills:
- At least 1 year of experience with .NET Core / .NET.
- Knowledge of C#, Web API, and SQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and tools like Postman.
- Understanding of SQL databases, including data modeling, performance, and security.
- Experience integrating with external APIs and managing complex data migrations.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous work streams.
