Junior Data Analyst

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Data Analyst. The Junior Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to generate insights and support decision-making. Core tasks include preparing reports, maintaining data accuracy, identifying trends, creating visualizations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to improving business processes through data.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of data preparation, cleaning, and reporting
• Ability to identify trends and patterns within datasets and make recommendations
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with teams and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Previous experience or internships in data analysis or a similar role is an advantage
