As a Junior Creative Producer, you will help generate new ad ideas, support production workflows, collaborate closely with designers and User Acquisition Managers, and learn how to turn insights into high-performing creatives. You will report directly to the Marketing Director and become a key part of the creative engine behind our global growth.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Development
- Contribute fresh ad concepts weekly.
- Support the creative brainstorming process with ideas based on trends, competitors, TikTok/Reels format evolution, and performance learnings.
- Work with designers and creative producers to bring concepts to life.
- Help maintain a pipeline of continuous creative testing.
Production Support & Workflow Management
- Coordinate production timelines to ensure creatives are delivered on time.
- Prepare creative briefs, organise examples/inspiration, and collect assets needed for production.
- Ensure creatives follow brand guidelines and platform best practices.
Performance & Insights
- Partner with User Acquisition Managers to analyse ad performance and understand what’s working and why.
- Review creative dashboards weekly to spot trends and opportunities.
Develop hypotheses for A/B tests and participate in test planning. - Share performance insights with the team in a structured, actionable way.
Market & Competitor Research
- Monitor competitor ads and emerging trends across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Identify creative styles, hooks, and strategies that could inspire new directions.
Proactively suggest innovative concepts based on market intelligence.
Collaboration
- Act as a communication bridge between marketing, design, and user acquisition.
- Participate in weekly creative reviews and ideation sessions.
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation, fast iteration, and creative excellence.

Qualifications
Experience
- Some prior experience in creative production, digital marketing, content creation, design, or similar fields.
- Examples of creative work (ads, videos, thumbnails, short-form content, UGC, scripts, etc.).
- Eagerness to learn how performance-driven creative works.
Technical & Creative Skills
- Basic understanding of digital advertising formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube preferred).
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, short-form content trends, and consumer behaviour.
- Comfortable analysing data and drawing simple insights.
