Infosys is seeking a skilled Java Developer to support and enhance enterprise web applications. This role involves working on front-end and back-end components, resolving production issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring performance and security compliance in a regulated environment.

You will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence. You will help to develop, maintain, and support web applications using Java, JavaScript, spring boot and Angular technologies

Required Qualifications

  • Candidate can be located anywhere in US.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 6 months of experience in Information Technology.
  • In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to “U.S. persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R.
  • 120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Core Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate.
  • Expertise in RESTful APIs, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
  • At least 1 year of Information Technology experience.
  • Experience with spring boot micro services API development from scratch.
  • Good knowledge of SQL commands, DB Procedures on Oracle, Postgress DBs.
  • Experience with Angular 12+ and modern JavaScript frameworks. Familiarity with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Knowledge of secure coding practices and OWASP guidelines
  • Excellent working knowledge of the application support process including ITIL process. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, MVC architecture, and RESTful APIs
  • Experience with SQL Server and writing complex queries/stored procedures
