  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Gather, understand, and integrate healthcare data from multiple sources (EHRs, claims, patient surveys, etc.)
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations
  • Analyze clinical, operational, and financial data to support value-based care initiatives
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to track performance metrics (e.g., HEDIS, STAR ratings, cost/utilization trends)
  • Performance Measurement
  • Support quality improvement and population health efforts by identifying trends and gaps in care
  • Evaluate the impact of care models and pilot programs on patient outcomes and cost savings
  • Collaboration & Communication with stakeholders to understand and build models/reports for their needs
  • Work closely with clinical, IT, and operations teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually engaging manner
  • Power BI Tool Development & Automation
  • Assist in building automated reporting tools and real-time dashboards
  • Support the development of predictive models and risk stratification tool

Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in data, Public Health, Health Informatics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Experience: 1–3 years in a healthcare data analyst or similar role, preferably in a value-based care or population health setting
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI
  • Familiarity with Python, R, Snowflake is a plus
  • Experience with EHR systems and healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights
  • Understanding of healthcare quality metrics and value-based care models
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
