We’re looking for an Internal Sales Engineer to join our team and play a key role in connecting customers with the right technical solutions. In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with field sales engineers, product managers, customer support, and the wider commercial team. Your work will help ensure a smooth, positive experience for every customer interaction, from the first enquiry through to order fulfilment.

What You’ll Do
- Qualify and manage incoming leads, creating opportunities or passing them to field sales when needed.
- Prepare technical and commercial offers and support customers through to order completion.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and digital tools, answering questions and providing updates.
- Support field sales engineers with documentation, quotes, and visit preparation.
- Coordinate deliveries, logistics, and credit collection for your own sales.
- Handle customer queries, returns, complaints, and warranty support.
- Use CRM tools effectively and collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Logistics.
- Promote our products digitally and contribute to business development activities.
