You’ll be a founding member of our Spain team - working directly with the Spain Lead and Global Expansion Lead, you’ll own execution across sales, ops, strategy, partnerships, and growth.
This is hands-on, fast-paced, and high-stakes: you’ll be building a market from scratch, with scope to grow into leadership as we scale.
- Act as a true generalist operator, switching between strategy, sales, BD, ops, partnerships, and GTM.
- Own and refine our local sales motion, aligned to Heidi’s PLG strategy.
- Build and close strategic partnerships with healthcare ecosystem players.
- Create internal processes from zero to enable repeatable, scalable execution.
- Collect feedback from customers and the market to shape our local playbook.
- Represent Heidi in Spain - owning relationships, brand presence, and market wins.
