You’ll be a founding member of our Germany team - working closely with our Germany Lead and Global Expansion Lead to unlock the market. You’ll have real ownership across every part of the business, and play a critical role in helping us win Germany.
What you’ll do
- You’ll operate as a true generalist, working across sales, business development, strategy, operations, marketing, and more
- You’ll do whatever it takes to win Germany - this is a hands-on, fast-paced role with real ownership

- Supported by the Germany Lead and Global Expansion Lead, you’ll play a critical role in helping us win the market - beating local competitors and driving adoption at speed. Your scope will include:
- Owning the local sales process, tailored to align with our PLG motion
- Collaborating with marketing to refine our brand, messaging, and field strategy for the German market
- Securing strategic partnerships with key players across the local healthcare ecosystem
- Building internal processes from scratch to enable repeatable execution across sales, ops, and GTM
- Collecting customer and market feedback to shape our local playbook and inform commercial strategy
