Engineering Manager - Data Materialization and CDC

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building solutions for engineering teams and infrastructure management.
• Strong background in infrastructure areas such as Streaming, Observability, Databases, CI/CD, and Resiliency.
• Experience leading technical teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking and project management.
• Experience engaging with the open source community and cloud vendors is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies in the context of infrastructure tools is advantageous.
