This is a full-time position perfect for someone with 1-2 years of Google Ads experience or closely transferable skills looking to advance their career in digital marketing (SEO Specialists can apply for this role). You'll receive ongoing training in advanced Google Ads management, campaign optimisation strategies, and client communication while being trusted with meaningful responsibilities from day one.
The role is entirely remote, meaning you can work from anywhere in Australia. Our business hours for workplace communication are 8am to 5pm Perth time (GMT +8).

What You'll Do
- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for Australian local businesses (primarily 'Search' campaigns)
- Take ownership of client Google Ads accounts following our established processes, monitoring performance of individual keywords and ads against KPIs and implementing strategic adjustments
- Lead the creation of comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for clients
- Lead client meetings with the clients you are assigned to
- Develop and implement campaign creation, optimisation, and performance tracking strategies
- Utilise Google Tag Manager and CRM systems to enhance campaign performance
- Collaborate with our team on advanced strategy and campaign improvements

- Take responsibility as a key team member for driving account performance and client satisfaction

Highly Valued Experience
- Google Ads experience, specifically Search Campaigns
- Facebook (Meta) Ads experience (We do run Meta ads as well)
- Customer Success Management or Account Management experience
- SEO experience with an understanding of search marketing ecosystem
- Marketing, business, IT or finance-related degree
- Google Ads certifications or other digital marketing certifications
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- B2B or local business marketing experience, especially trade businesses
- Client-facing experience with proven relationship management skills
- Experience with reporting and data analysis tools
- Previous agency or consultancy experience
