What you’ll do:
- Contribute to building and fostering data-driven decision-making in the company.
- Work with engineering and business stakeholders to understand data requirements, and ways to automate data pipelines and dashboards.
- Formulate business requirements into analytic solutions, define and build main metrics. Create dashboards to cover all aspects of the business.
- Identify problems and opportunities through data analysis and assist the teams in developing strategic solutions.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales and Finance teams to provide regular updates on the effectiveness of all marketing channels in the acquisition pipeline.
- Ad-hoc researches & analysis tasks.
What we are looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in a Data Analytics role.
- Understanding of product and web-related metrics.
- Excellent SQL skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets.
- Mathematical modelling skills.
- Experience in setting up and maintaining complex dashboards & regular reporting. Hands-on experience with Power BI/Tableau etc.
- Intermediate English, both written and spoken
Would be a plus:
- Experience with web analytics: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Facebook Analytics.
- Experience with event-based platforms: Heap, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.
- Technical skills (knowing or quickly learning how to set up various analytical and tracking tools such as GA, GTM, FB Analytics etc).

- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to extract meaning and suggest action steps from data provided.
- Keen attention to details.
- Good analytical skills.
