​Lucentra Group is seeking a Data Analysis Intern to support our consulting team in turning data into actionable insights. This internship offers hands-on experience in how data informs real business decisions, ideal for students or recent graduates interested in analytics, operations, or strategy.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and validate operational and financial data
• Assist consultants in analyzing performance patterns and identifying improvement opportunities
• Build clear and concise reports and dashboards for internal and client projects
• Contribute to market research and benchmarking studies
• Ensure data consistency and clarity across all deliverables

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity for business performance data
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; Power BI or Tableau knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of key business indicators such as revenue, cost, and productivity
• Organized, accurate, and able to communicate findings clearly
• Fluent in English
