You’ll work closely with our engineering and platform teams to automate workflows, improve CI/CD pipelines, enhance observability, and strengthen system reliability across environments.
This is a hands-on, technical role, ideal for someone who’s passionate about infrastructure-as-code, cloud technologies, and automation. You’ll gain real-world experience in how DevOps drives impact inside a high-growth startup.

- Troubleshoot and resolve environment issues across development, staging, and production systems.
- Improve automation and CI/CD pipelines to increase deployment speed and reliability.
- Contribute to monitoring, observability, and alerting improvements for better visibility and system health.
- Collaborate with engineers to standardize infrastructure processes and reduce friction in delivery.
- Assist in maintaining cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP), ensuring security and scalability best practices.
- Document learnings and updates to make DevOps workflows more efficient and transparent.
What we will look for:
- Current or recent university students / graduates
- Exceptionally organised, proactive, and detail-obsessed.
- Strong communicator who’s confident working across different teams and contexts.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities at once.
- Comfortable using (or quick to learn) tools like Notion, Linear, and Google Sheets.
- Curious about startups, operations, and how high-performing teams scale.
- High energy, strong ownership, and a “no task too small” attitude.
