This key position in our Imaging Team for Computed Tomography in DACH is responsible for driving clinical education for Germany as well as for Switzerland and Austria.

Location: Home-based in the South of Germany (Bavaria or Baden-Wuerttemberg) with frequent travel across the German speaking region (D-A-CH).

Job Description

Your responsibilities

  • You will develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use, monitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships
  • You will produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs
  • You will maintain and improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer
  • You will support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training, if required
  • By using your market and product knowledge you will assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies, if required

Your profile

  • You are a certified radiographer and have active professional clinical/technical certifications/registries necessary to scan live patients in a clinical environment
  • You have proven demonstrated current clinical CT scanning experience and proficiencies on current products/platforms
  • You bring strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products, excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems and the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • You have established project management skills
  • You are willing to travel frequently (~70% of working time) within DACH to visit customers as well as to attend relevant sales meetings and tradeshows
  • You are able to communicate effectively in German as well as in English
