We are looking for a Business Development Representative who can secure appointments with qualified companies. As a BDR, you will work directly with your manager and the Account Executive team to build DailyPay’s sales pipeline.

- Help to deliver a customer-focused sales experience
- Prospect new enterprise clients by researching markets and calling/emailing businesses
- Qualify opportunities, handle objections and generate leads
- Help administer new lead-generation projects

What You Bring to The Team:
- Bachelor's Degree: A completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Relationship Builder: Proven ability to initiate and develop strong relationships
- Results-Oriented: Highly motivated, competitive, resourceful, and driven to achieve goals
- Adaptable and Driven: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous, but not required as training will be provided
Nice to Haves:
- 1+ years of experience in Sales or a related field is preferred but not required
- Experience working with or selling to HR, payroll, or finance departments
