BDRs develop and qualify revenue opportunities in North America by working closely with a dedicated Account Executive(s). We’re looking for highly motivated, tenacious self-starters for this role. This role is hybrid in Lehi, Utah.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel Chargebee's sales pipeline.
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists for North America (companies with 100-500 employees).
  • Research and build cold accounts by adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling, sending LinkedIn InMails, and video prospecting.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of Business Development experience in the SaaS space (new business development, cold calling, planning/strategy).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High energy and a positive attitude.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
