As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our global expansion. You’ll identify, engage, and onboard new customers—helping them unlock the full value of Ezoic’s platform.
This is a consultative, full-cycle sales role that goes beyond cold contacting and taking orders. You'll manage everything from outreach and demos to onboarding, ensuring maximum adoption of our tech, and on to account handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and qualify high-potential digital publishers
- Craft tailored, compelling outreach and sales messages
- Lead discovery calls and product demos
- Communicate Ezoic’s value proposition clearly and confidently
- Onboard new clients and manage accounts to contract
- Analyze performance data and troubleshoot early-stage issues
- Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Success team
- Meet and exceed new business quotas
What You Bring
- A track record of closing deals and meeting targets
- Experience leveraging AI tools and solutions to maximise your efficiency
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to navigate technical discussions and use data insights
- A resourceful, self-starting attitude and strong commercial awareness
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
- Legally permitted to work in the UK
- Bonus: experience in B2B/B2C sales and/or in an AdTech or MarTech environment.
