This role is for a self-motivated, consultative seller who thrives in a performance-driven environment. You'll have the autonomy to manage a full-cycle sales process from prospecting to close, while leveraging your expertise to provide a truly remarkable customer experience. You will be covering the EMEA region, and having the ability to support different languages such as French, Spanish or Italian is a plus.
On a typical day, you might:
Manage a pipeline of active deals from qualification to close, navigating each stage with precision and care.Generate new opportunities through strategic outbound activity and effective self-sourcing. Consult with prospects to understand their unique business needs and demonstrate how ActiveCampaign's solutions can solve their challenges. Exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue goals by maintaining a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment. Lead discovery calls and product demos, expertly guiding prospects through the sales process with a consultative and customer-first approach.The Ideal candidate will bring:
1-2 years of proven, quota-carrying experience in a sales role, preferably within a SaaS solution-selling environment. Fluent in English as well as an additional language (French, Spanish or Italian)Demonstrated knowledge of the email marketing or marketing automation space. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively relate to others. A proven track record of maintaining high productivity, managing multiple competing priorities, and thriving under pressure. A self-motivated and driven attitude, with a high degree of coachability and eagerness to learn and grow. Strong consultative sales skills with a passion for putting the customer first.
