What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from job advert creation to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide expert guidance.
- Analyse recruitment data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and internal policies.
- You will positively represent our brand, promoting our values to showcase our unique culture throughout the employee journey.
- Collaborate with a wider support team while confidently leading all recruitment decisions.
- Utilise social media such as LinkedIn to engage with passive candidates and highlight our employer branding and EVP.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in managing recruitment processes at pace.
- Strong ability to interpret recruitment metrics and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Confidence in navigation applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools and systems.
- A self-starter who thrives on autonomy, able to stand on their own two feet and lead recruitment while partnering with stakeholders across the business.
- Problem solving mindset and openness to AI and automation.
- Ability to represent our culture and values throughout the candidate journey.
- Previous experience or knowledge of field marketing is a bonus.
