- Keeping Us Organised: Manage and maintain high-quality data in our ATS, making sure hiring teams have the best insights to make smart decisions.
- Bringing Our Job Ads to Life: Draft engaging job specs that reflect our culture and attract the right people.
- Managing Applications: Track where best to advertise roles and oversee the application process to attract the right talent.
- Screening & Selection: Conduct first-stage candidate screenings, helping to match the right people to the right roles.
- Staying Ahead of the Market: Keep competitor market maps up to date, tracking trends to inform our hiring strategy.
- Supporting Key Projects: Get involved in initiatives like onboarding improvements, referral campaigns, and candidate testing.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- You know how to find great candidates – especially in the UK across Audit, Accounting, Tax, or professional services. If you've worked within the South African market is also a bonus!
- You’re data-savvy – you can track, manage, and report on hiring data with accuracy and provide meaningful insight.
- You’ve worked with an ATS before – if you’ve used Pinpoint, even better! (If not, we’ll get you up to speed.)
- You’re great at screening candidates – you know how to ask the right questions to find the best fit.
- You keep things running smoothly – whether it’s updating templates, coordinating interviews, or managing recruitment processes, you make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
