On a typical day, your tasks may include:

  • Owning the end-to-end hiring process: from initial outreach and talent screening to offer negotiation and signed acceptance.
  • Actively sourcing and identifying top talent across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and niche networks to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
  • Enhancing the candidate experience by seamlessly coordinating interviews, managing communication touchpoints to ensure a smooth process.
  • Conducting structured interviews and facilitating debrief sessions to assess candidates' skills, cultural alignment and long-term potential.
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements, refine job descriptions and ensure an effective and consistent selection process.
  • Leveraging data and analytics to track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to hiring processes.
  • Supporting administrative tasks related to the recruitment lifecycle such as processing documents and preparing reports.

Who you are

You're a strategic talent partner with strong analytical insight. Your strength lies in translating hiring goals and workforce plans into clear, actionable recruiting strategies while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. You've partnered closely with leadership teams to drive high-impact hiring initiatives and excel at communicating across technical, product, and business functions to align on needs and deliver top talent.

Typically, your profile will look like this:

  • Hold a degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Demonstrated 1+ year of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates through the entire hiring journey.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas and improve processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn and other talent platforms, with a focus on building diverse, high-quality pipelines.
  • Comfort using data and ATS tools to track progress, support decisions and maintain accurate talent records.
