You Will
- Assist in the maintenance and basic troubleshooting of infrastructure, including Windows and Linux operating systems, VMWare, Storage, and Security components.
- Monitor system performance and stability, reporting any issues to the Director of Infrastructure.
- Provide support for basic Active Directory tasks, including user account management and group policy implementation.
- Assist with routine Linux system administration tasks under the guidance of more experienced administrators.
- Support the team in setting up and maintaining virtual environments in VMWare or Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) infrastructure.
- Follow documented procedures for maintaining security, integrity, and business continuity controls.
- Respond to and address basic technical issues in the ticket queue under supervision.
- Contribute to a positive customer service experience by resolving user issues in a timely and courteous manner.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have
- Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent technical certification.
- New graduates or individuals with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with VMWare or Cloud environments is a plus.
- Interest in learning scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to document and describe technical issues clearly.
