You Will

• Assist in the maintenance and basic troubleshooting of infrastructure, including Windows and Linux operating systems, VMWare, Storage, and Security components.
• Monitor system performance and stability, reporting any issues to the Director of Infrastructure.
• Provide support for basic Active Directory tasks, including user account management and group policy implementation.
• Assist with routine Linux system administration tasks under the guidance of more experienced administrators.
• Support the team in setting up and maintaining virtual environments in VMWare or Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) infrastructure.
• Follow documented procedures for maintaining security, integrity, and business continuity controls.
• Respond to and address basic technical issues in the ticket queue under supervision.
• Contribute to a positive customer service experience by resolving user issues in a timely and courteous manner.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have

• Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent technical certification.
• New graduates or individuals with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with VMWare or Cloud environments is a plus.
• Interest in learning scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to document and describe technical issues clearly.
