Job Description
We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager Intern to help shape and grow our presence on TikTok and across key platforms. This role gives you hands-on experience in digital marketing and the chance to make a meaningful impact while collaborating with a supportive, forward-thinking team.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop engaging copy, visuals, and short-form videos tailored for each platform.
- Scheduling and Posting: Plan, organize, and publish consistent content aligned with our brand voice.
- Engagement: Interact with our community by replying to comments, messages, and mentions with thoughtful, friendly communication.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics such as likes, reach, and engagement, then share useful insights.
- Campaign Support: Assist with social campaigns, giveaways, and brand partnerships.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices across digital platforms.
- Community Building: Help nurture relationships with online communities and influencers to expand our reach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social efforts support broader company goals.
Requirements
- Proficiency across major platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Basic design and video editing abilities using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
- Previous experience managing social accounts, either personal or professional, is a plus.
