We are looking for a visionary enterprise seller who can support the development of our team's structure and strategy to take this team to its next phase of growth. You will be someone who strengthens the value of partnerships internally and can harness those partnerships to transform the business of the largest merchants in industries such as Education, Entertainment, Media, Financial Services, & Travel. You will bring a macro perspective to our growth and development, and know how to drive sustainable, healthy growth in our business.

What You'll Get To Do

  • Develop and refine a sales playbook to educate CXOs on Shopify’s value, facilitating large, complex evaluations alongside Solution Engineers, Partners, Sales Enablement, Legal, Product, and Finance teams.
  • Design and implement multi-product pipeline generation strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, partnerships, and event teams.
  • Engage with enterprise retailers to enhance strategies around commerce, store operations, and point-of-sale (POS).
  • Provide proactive and precise forecasting to set clear short-term and long-term priorities with actionable plans.
  • Build influential relationships with C-level executives in large companies.
  • Attract and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of experimentation, development, and consistent performance.
  • Support and drive Shopify’s global expansion efforts.
  • Lead by example, sharing your expertise and experiences to inspire and guide the team.
  • Ability to quickly grasp the nuances of the business and market, enabling strategic decision-making and effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales plans and strategies to drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret customer data along with market insights to inform sales decisions.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in creating and scaling sales strategies and playbooks.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate multi-product pipelines and drive complex sales evaluations.
  • Experience working with companies between 25-400MM in revenue and private equity firms
  • Strong forecasting skills with a track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals.
  • Experience in influencing C-level executives in large corporations.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Passion for supporting and realizing global business aspirations.
