The Recruiting Coordinator is the organizational and administrative cornerstone of the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of all job postings and candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This role ensures the compliant and seamless operation of our global recruitment efforts and provides essential metrics to drive strategic hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ADP), including the timely opening, modification, and closing of positions for both domestic and international programs.
- Ensure all job postings are accurate, current, and consistent, acting as the system expert for requisition maintenance.
- Administer and maintain the accuracy of candidate records, data fields, and tracking mechanisms within the ATS.
- Generate and distribute comprehensive weekly application metrics and reports to recruiting leadership, providing actionable insights into volume, sources, and trends.
- Assist in maintaining contract compliance by reviewing candidate documentation and administrative files to ensure they meet specific contractual and regulatory standards prior to placement.
- Provide essential and diverse administrative support to the contracts team, assisting with various miscellaneous tasks required for program continuity and operations.
- Perform critical Quality Control (QC) checks on candidate packages and submittals across multiple programs, verifying data accuracy and completeness.
- Execute Quality Assurance (QA) reviews to confirm that all submitted candidates meet minimum required qualifications and contractual prerequisites.
- Serve as the final administrative checkpoint to ensure a high standard of data integrity throughout the candidate pipeline.

Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are non-negotiable requirements.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); direct experience with ADP is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and administrative tasks in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience within the recruiting, human resources, or administrative field is preferred.
