Analyst / Sr. Analyst is responsible for supporting and providing hands-on operational support in the RegOps division including managing document review, communication and coordination. This role will collaborate with the RegOps leadership team, submission leads and associates for general support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal document review support including non-disclosure agreements, statement of work and other legal documents and ensuring documents are fully executed and archived.
  • Managing and updating various planning and sales systems including contributing to invoices, timecards and various financial updates.
  • Assist with division communication and team calendar management including group meetings, trainings and conference coordination.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and maintain RegOps marketing material, including outward facing social media engagements (i.e. LinkedIn) and proactively respond to prospective and potential future clients.
  • Contribute to formatting and quality checking of regulatory submission documents and reports as requested.
  • Education, Experience, Training, and Knowledge

Education

Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience

0-2 years of experience in consulting or a relevant field.

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged sitting at a desk or workstation while using a computer, attending virtual meetings, and performing job duties.
  • Repetitive hand and finger motions for typing, data entry, and use of standard office equipment (keyboard, mouse, phone).
  • Ability to lift and carry light items (generally up to 10–15 pounds), such as a laptop, files, or small office supplies.
  • Ability to maintain a safe and ergonomically appropriate home workspace in compliance with company guidelines.

Work Environment

  • Duties are performed primarily in a home‑based office or office environment.
  • The workspace should be free from excessive noise or distractions to support meetings and productivity.
  • Standard office equipment: Work is performed using typical office tools such as a computer, phone, printer, and other peripherals.
  • Prolonged screen exposure: Regular use of a computer and video conferencing platforms.
  • Virtual collaboration: Frequent interaction with team members, clients, or stakeholders via email, messaging platforms, and video conferencing.
  • Standard Company work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm EST.
  • This role may require occasional travel for team meetings or company events.
