Analyst / Sr. Analyst is responsible for supporting and providing hands-on operational support in the RegOps division including managing document review, communication and coordination. This role will collaborate with the RegOps leadership team, submission leads and associates for general support.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal document review support including non-disclosure agreements, statement of work and other legal documents and ensuring documents are fully executed and archived.
- Managing and updating various planning and sales systems including contributing to invoices, timecards and various financial updates.
- Assist with division communication and team calendar management including group meetings, trainings and conference coordination.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and maintain RegOps marketing material, including outward facing social media engagements (i.e. LinkedIn) and proactively respond to prospective and potential future clients.
- Contribute to formatting and quality checking of regulatory submission documents and reports as requested.
- Education, Experience, Training, and Knowledge
Education
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience
0-2 years of experience in consulting or a relevant field.

Physical Demands

- Ability to maintain a safe and ergonomically appropriate home workspace in compliance with company guidelines.
Work Environment
- Duties are performed primarily in a home‑based office or office environment.
- The workspace should be free from excessive noise or distractions to support meetings and productivity.
- Standard office equipment: Work is performed using typical office tools such as a computer, phone, printer, and other peripherals.
- Prolonged screen exposure: Regular use of a computer and video conferencing platforms.
- Virtual collaboration: Frequent interaction with team members, clients, or stakeholders via email, messaging platforms, and video conferencing.
- Standard Company work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm EST.
- This role may require occasional travel for team meetings or company events.
