You'll work alongside a collaborative, international team that's passionate about finding great talent to help Sovos continue transforming tax compliance for over 100,000 customers worldwide. More specifically, you will:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams alike
- Facilitate new hire onboarding activities, helping new team members feel welcomed and prepared from day one
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and answering questions with professionalism and warmth
- Support Talent Acquisition team members with administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects as needed
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity across all recruiting activities
- Partner with global colleagues to coordinate hiring efforts and learn best practices from teams around the world
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, bringing fresh ideas to enhance efficiency and candidate experience

What We Need From You
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you're comfortable speaking with people at all levels and presenting information clearly

- Comfort working in a global environment and collaborating across different time zones and cultures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with applicant tracking systems or HR software is a plus but not required
